We are interested in understanding longer term impacts of short-term digital inclusion interventions. Online surveys were sent to over 8000 individuals who signed up for Skinny Jump in 2020 and 800 participants in Stepping UP classes. In addition, over 30 interviews were carried out with individual participants. The digital twin is a constellation of technologies that mirror physical objects in the virtual world, including what has happened, is happening and could or should happen in the future for the mirrored object. What is common in previous conceptualizations of digital twins is that there is a physical boundary to the extent that digital twins can mirror real objects (sometimes including the objects\u2019 environments). We propose a conceptualization of digital twins in the educational service environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/participation.ac.nz\/?tag=webeval\">Web Evaluation<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Investigators: Diane Velasquez, Jennifer Campbell-Meier<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Research evaluating public library websites, available online sources, and whether library staff were available to respond to users\u2019 questions and concerns regarding the website.
